LOFT Bonfire @ Dockweiler Beach 8/5/24

  • Geoff & Joanna Alfassa will be at the beach at 1pm. Come as early as you like and enjoy the beach! Pizza will be served at 6pm. If you come early bring your own drinks and food to hold you over til the pizzas. LOFT on the beach will begin at 6:30pm.

  • Pick up at 9:30pm.

  • Study the Ariel and Street View instructions below to meet us at the firepits in front of the RV park. See the instructions for where to be dropped off (free option) and where to park ($9 option, keep in mind they do not you to go in and out without paying again). Carpool with each other and split the $9.

  • Bring a beach chair, beach games, sunscreen, change of clothes. Football, Spikeball, Frisbee, etc.

  • Please bring modest swim wear. Guys: no speedos. Girls: please wear a bathing suit that covers entire belly and doesn’t show cleavage, if you do not have one please wear a shirt over your suit. Please wear shorts (suggested 4” + inseam or shorts to fingertips length) over your swim bottoms. If you have questions feel free to ask a leader.

  • If you get lost call Geoff 310-482-1188. Don’t call before getting lost. You should be able to see us from the drop off by main entrance. Look for the red easy up.

Ariel Instructions

STREET VIEW INSTRUCTIONS

 The Dockweiler Entrance looks like this:

If you are parking and paying, pay here and drive down to the right and park. Walk along the bike path for 5min south toward the fire pits and red easy up.
If you are just dropping off, tell the attendant you are just dropping off at the RV park and then will leave. RV park is to the left of the stop sign.

If you are getting dropped off by friends or parents go left after the stop sign, and you can drive down to the RV park entrance. Drop people off here by this walk way and turn around.

Follow the walk way and you should see fire pits. Look for the red easy up.
