Why Study the Five Solas of the Reformation?
Because these five essential teachings of the Bible are the major truths either distorted or denied by the cults of Christianity and false religions of the world.
The Scriptures teach us faith alone, apart from works is the requirement for one to be justification. The Scriptures teach us that our salvation is due to God’s grace alone, not because of our works. The Scriptures teach us that Christ is the solitary and sufficient mediator of our salvation. The Scriptures teach us that God is to get all the glory for our salvation.
Master these five truths and you will always have an answer ready to give for the hope that is in you.
Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone)
Sola Fide (Justification by Faith Alone)
Soli Deo Gloria (to the Glory of God Alone)
