Praise to Our Covenant-Keeping God (Psalm 105)

Main Idea: Psalm 105 takes us on a majestic tour of the wondrous covenant-keeping works of God so that we will glory in his holy name and seek the LORD and his strength continually.

  1. Rejoice in the LORD! (vv. 1-6)

  2. Remember what the LORD has done! (v. 5, 7-45)

    a. God made a covenant (vv. 7-11)

    i. Who did God made this covenant with? (vv. 9-10)

    ii. What did God promise in this covenant? (v. 11)

    b. God kept his covenant (vv. 7-8, 12-44)

    i. He Protected the Patriarchs during their wanderings (vv. 12-15)

    ii. He Provided for Israel during the famine (vv. 16-22)

    iii. He Multiplied Israel during their stay in Egypt (vv. 23-24)

    iv. He Redeemed Israel from their slavery (vv. 25-38)

    v. He Provided for Israel in the desert (vv. 39-43)
